Overnight Doula
Rest so you can recover.
I’m here through the night so you can
wake up feeling more like yourself again.
Sleepless nights can make even the simplest tasks feel overwhelming — feeding, bathing, caring for older children, keeping up with meals, laundry, and the never‑ending list of daily responsibilities. When rest is scarce, exhaustion touches everything: your ability to function, to recover, and to truly be present in these early days with your baby.
The Overnight Care Package brings experienced overnight doula support right to your door, so you can reclaim your rest.

Overnight Doula — Common Questions
-
Yes. Overnight support can still be very helpful when you're breastfeeding.
When your baby wakes, I can bring them to you for feeding and take care of settling, diaper changes, and getting them comfortably back to sleep afterward. This allows you to focus on feeding while minimizing how long you're awake.
As with all postpartum support, we'll work around your baby's needs, your feeding preferences, and what feels most comfortable for you.
-
There isn't one number that's right for every family. Some families want occasional overnight support when they need additional rest, while others prefer several nights each week for more consistent support.
The right amount can depend on your recovery, feeding plans, available family support, your baby's needs, and how much overnight help would make the biggest difference for your household.
If you're unsure where to start, I can learn more about your circumstances and help you choose an option that feels appropriate. You can also adjust your support as your needs change, subject to availability.
