Infancy Loss Support
There are no right words for the loss of a baby, and there is no timeline for grief.
Whether your loss is due to miscarriage, medical circumstances, stillbirth, or the death of an infant, you deserve compassionate support that honours your experience without rushing you through it.
You are not alone. Grief doesn't follow a script — yours can take whatever shape it needs to.
My Infancy Loss Support offers gentle, trauma-informed care for families navigating the profound emotional and practical challenges that can accompany pregnancy and infant loss. I meet you where you are, with compassion, respect, and without judgment.
Proudly supporting families across Mississauga, Oakville, Milton, Brampton and the surrounding areas.
How I Support You
Loss can bring grief, uncertainty, and many decisions at a time when you may feel overwhelmed. My role is to provide a calm, compassionate presence while helping carry some of the emotional and practical weight.
A Listening Presence
A non-judgmental space to talk, reflect, or simply be heard. You don't need to have the right words or know exactly what you need.
Practical Guidance
Gentle help navigating the days surrounding a loss, including memory-making, legacy items, and the practical decisions that may arise.
Care for Your Family
Support that can include partners and loved ones as they navigate their own experience of grief and loss.
Follow-Up Support
Continued care after the initial loss, with referrals to specialized grief counsellors and bereavement resources when additional support would be helpful.
Short-Notice Support
When circumstances change unexpectedly, short-notice support may be available depending on my availability.
There Is No Right Way to Grieve
You may experience
many emotions —
or sometimes very
little at all.
You don't have to
grieve in the same
way as your partner
or family
There is no expectation
that you reach a
particular point before
asking for support.
Grief does not
follow a timeline.
It's okay to rest,
to not be okay,
and to ask for help.
Some days may feel
more manageable
than others.
Four-Week In-Person Support
A gentle space to be cared for, at your own pace.
This four-week support package provides compassionate, in-person doula care during the weeks following your loss. Each week includes two in-home visits of approximately 2–4 hours, creating dedicated time for emotional support, quiet companionship, practical care, and gentle routines — shaped around what feels most helpful to you that day.
This support isn't about reaching a certain point or “moving on.” Grief doesn't work that way, and it doesn't need to. My role is simply to be here with you — throughout these four weeks and, when additional support or resources would be helpful, to help you consider what comes next.
Investment: $1,000

OPTIONAL: INFANCY LOSS PHOTOGRAPHY
Gentle photography to honour your baby's memory.
Photography is completely optional and is never assumed or expected.
When requested, gentle photography is offered by me personally as
part of my specialized training in infancy loss photography. This means you're supported by someone you already know and trust rather than introducing an unfamiliar person during an already difficult time.
Sessions are approached with compassion, patience, and respect for
your wishes. Whether you'd like keepsake images, meaningful details documented, or simply want to know that the option is available,
the decision is entirely yours.
Investment: $250
Photography is optional and is not included in the
Four-Week In-Person Support package.
A Gentle Note About Professional Care
Doula support is complementary care and does not replace medical care, counselling, psychotherapy, or other professional services. When additional support would be helpful, I can help connect you with appropriate healthcare professionals, grief counsellors, and bereavement resources.
Your loss matters. Your grief matters.
And you deserve to be supported with compassion and care
