Every birth experience is unique. I provide compassionate, evidence-informed support throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, helping you feel informed, supported and confident in your choices.
Whether you're planning a hospital, home or birth-centre birth, my role is to provide a calm, consistent presence alongside your healthcare team.
Birth Support Package
From prenatal preparation to continuous labour support and postpartum care, this package provides personalized support throughout your birth journey.
Prenatal & Postpartum Visits
Two prenatal visits (2 hours each) and two postpartum visits (8 hours total). Personalized sessions to explore your birth preferences, comfort measures and postpartum planning.
On-Call Support
Dedicated on-call availability surrounding your estimated due date, so you can reach out when labour begins or when you need guidance about when it's time for me to join you.
Labour & Delivery Support
Compassionate, hands-on support throughout labour and birth, plus 1–3 hours of immediate postpartum care.
Ongoing Support
Email, text, and phone support throughout pregnancy and for four weeks postpartum.
Home Postpartum Care
Assistance with recovery, newborn care, feeding support and emotional well-being during your postpartum visits.

Birth Plan Consultation
Thoughtful preparation for birth, even if you don’t need a doula by your side during labour.
You don’t need to book full birth doula support to feel informed and prepared. During this one-on-one consultation, I’ll help you explore your options, identify what matters most to you, and create a personalized birth plan that clearly communicates your preferences to your care team.
This is a standalone service. You do not need to book my Birth Doula Package to schedule a Birth Plan Consultation.

Yes. Once we've determined that it's time for me to join you, I provide continuous support throughout active labour and birth, offering reassurance, comfort measures, positioning suggestions, and support for both you and your partner.
My goal is to provide a calm and consistent presence while adapting to what you need as labour progresses.

Yes. I can provide doula support in hospitals, at home, and in birth-centre settings, provided you have the appropriate medical care in place for your chosen birth setting.
My role remains non-medical wherever you give birth. I work alongside your healthcare team while focusing on your comfort, preferences, emotional well-being, and overall support.

Many families begin looking for a birth doula during the second trimester, but there is no single right time to reach out. Booking earlier can provide more time for us to get to know one another, prepare together, and ensure availability around your estimated due date.
If you're further along in your pregnancy, you're still welcome to reach out. If I have availability, we can discuss what support would be most helpful with the time we have before your baby arrives.
