  • Initial Consultation
    Your first 30 minute consultation is always free—we believe finding the right fit matters.

    Birth Doula Package
    A 50% deposit is due at the time of signing your contract, with the remaining balance due by 36 weeks of pregnancy.

    Postpartum & Night Doula Packages
    Full payment is required to secure your doula’s availability in their calendar, unless alternative arrangements have been pre-approved.

  • Yes, in many cases. Families can often use their Healthcare Spending Account or Wellness Spending Account to cover all or part of their doula fees. HCSA offer more flexibility than traditional benefits, so even if “doula” isn’t specifically listed, related categories like maternity support, prenatal education, or wellness care may be eligible.

    As with most insurance plans, HCSA claims usually require you to pay upfront and then submit receipts for reimbursement.
